Settings for iPhone6S or later (iOS13 to latest)

1-1. Open the "Settings"

1-2. Tap the "Accessibility"

1-3. Tap the "Touch"

1-4. Tap the "Call Audio Routing”.

1-5. Change the default setting from "Automatic" to "Speaker".
