Grandstream Wave Lite How to setup
iPhone Ver.
Go to the Apple Store, Search “Grandstream Wave Lite” and will install it as free.
Then I will show you the VoiP+ phone settings.
In this manual, " Grandstream Wave Lite " is referred to as " Wave Lite ".
*The app name has changed from GS Wave to Wave Lite. Some images have GS Wave, but please read it as Wave Lite.
1．Installation of Wave Lite
1-1. Tap " App Store".
1-2. Tap the " Search" button at the bottom right.
1-3. The search screen is displayed.
1-4. Enter " gs wave " in Roman letters as the search input keyword.
Enter a blank space at this time.
After entering, tap the " Search" button.
1-5. " Grandstream Wave Lite " will be displayed on the screen, so install this software on your iPhone. Tap the ↓ arrow mark on the cloud.
1-6. The cloud mark will be changed to a spinning display.
When the " Open " button is displayed, the installation is complete.
2．Wave Lite settings
2-1. Tap the " Open " button to launch Wave Lite and configure VoiP+ settings.
Tap Wave Lite to launch it.
To keep waiting for incoming calls, keep Wave Lite running.
2-2. The message " Wave Lite " is requesting access to your contacts will be displayed. Tap " OK " to allow access to your contacts.
2-3. The message "Wave Lite will send a notification. Are you sure? " Is displayed. Tap "Allow" .
2-4. Wave Lite is now launched.
I will set it from now on. You can follow this manual.
Now, tap the gear mark "Settings" at the bottom right corner.
2-5. On this top line, tap "Account Settings" .
2-6. The details of Account Settings are displayed. But you haven't set anything, so the bottom is blank. Then tap "+" plus in the upper right corner.
2-7. The "Add New Account" screen is displayed.
2-8. Now, the QR code attached to the VoiP+ registration email will be read.
Please open the [VoiP+ registration completed] service information email.
* If you registered on your computer, please forward the email to iPhone email.
2-9. Save the QR code attached to the email to your iPhone.
Press and hold the QR code and tap "Save image" to save it in the photo folder.
2-10. Return to the Wave Lite screen and tap "UCM Account (Select QR Code Image)" on the second line.
2-11. Select and display the image of the saved QR code, and tap " Choose " .
2-12. If the QR code is read correctly, "Add New Account" will be displayed. Tap it.
2-13. If you have successfully registered, your account will be displayed. This account is your extension.
2-14. Tap "Settings" at the bottom right of the screen, then tap "Advanced Settings" to use 3G, 4G (LTE), 5G other than WiFi connection. If Set "WiFi Only" to OFF .
2-15. If the human mark on the upper right is lit in green, the connection is successful.
3．Guidance
Calls in Japan can be made by entering the area code.
International calls can be made with 002 + country code + area code excluding zero + phone number .
You may be disconnected, such as when you switch your network from WiFi to 3G.
You will need to restart Wave Lite. After logging in as a member on the VoiP+ website, turn on "Registration Alert" and you will be notified by email when you disconnect.
When the deposit amount reaches balance zero, it will be automatically stopped and no further money will be charged. You can use it with confidence.
